FORCeTOLOGY RETURN & REFUND POLICY

FORCeTOLOGY products are made with pride and persistence — but if something goes wrong, we’ve got you.

1. Returns

You may return an item within 7 days if:

  • The item is defective
  • You received the wrong product
  • The product arrived damaged

Items must be:

  • Unused
  • Unworn
  • In original packaging
  • With proof of purchase

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll update you on the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method within 2–3 business days.

3. Exchanges

We replace items if:

  • They are defective
  • You received the incorrect size or product

4. Non-Returnable Items

To protect hygiene and customization quality, the following cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made or personalized items
  • Sale/discounted items
  • Worn or washed apparel

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the issue is our fault (defect or wrong item), we cover the return shipping.
  • If you simply want to exchange or return for personal reasons, you cover the shipping.
